I don't know why this happen, at first I thought it was my Wacom tablet but I've been using it on other program and never really had any trouble with it so I think it might be a bug on OpenCanvas end. I highly recommend to backup default.pmt to another location as it is quite possibe to accidently overwrite the file with another save and lose any brushes you lost. This will load the default brushes that came with the program.

Yes the same thig happen to me, it only happen when I use the quick macro buttons on my Tablets, Even though I set it to just undo (CTRL+Z) it still think im pressing it down and holding CTRL.
